Plot: In this modern take on the Panchatantra story – Shiva Rajkumar plays Virupaksha/Karataka and Indian dancing sensation Prabhu Deva plays Bala Raju/Damanaka. The two are smart thieves and are capable of deceiving anyone with their endless talents. With one such escapade, they land in jail for cheating a politician. While they are serving their term in jail, they come across a task given by the jailer (Rockline Venkatesh). They head to a village called Nandikoluru, which has its own set of problems including battling a drought in the region for several years.
